First step of working with StudiosGEM will involve the contract signing, initial deposit and scheduling the date and time of the shoot or the event.

If there are a series of multiple shoots or events to occur, we will schedule the 1st shoot and estimate the dates for the upcoming shoots or events if they are not yet predetermined. Depending on the type of shoot, StudiosGEM will suggest timeline for the best ideal time.

What else to Expect

Day of the shoot – Client, please arrive to the shooting location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. For events, Photographers & Videographers will be at the scheduled location at least 1 hour prior the event start time.

Final retouched digital images will be delivered as per signed contract. After you have received your digital images, a form will be sent to redeem your print credits as per selected package or to allow you to print images through StudiosGEM’s selected printing vendor.
